RSS Booted into syscfw to backup saves. Will I be banned if I load into ofw now?

I need some help. I got my switch modded back today from a repair shop and I booted into syscfw to backup my saves offline. If I go to ofw will I get banned now. They didn't set up a emuMMC but they blocked the dsn and the serial in syscfw.
