RSS boot into sx os with og switch 2017 with tx pro but cant use sxinstaller it needs at least one time

boot into sx os with og switch 2017 with tx pro but cant use sxinstaller it needs at least one time internet for active?!


when boot sxinstaller 3.02 under home screen it tell me needs internet to download

is this normal?!
