RSS Best and safest firmware to be on today?

Have quite a long time that I don't update my Nintendo Switch and I'm also completely uninformed about the current situation.

I'd like to know what is the safest FW to be on nowadays? If that matters I use SX OS.

Also, are people still using ChoiDujourNX to update it?
