I have not been able to find an answer to this question after doing a lot of searching and reading, and I would like to be more sure before I decide to hack my switch.
I am planning to hack my launch-day Switch and install a CFW. I will be setting up 90DNS to prevent it from connecting to Nintendo servers/sending telemetry data to Nintendo, but I understand that there is still a possible risk of getting banned as long as my hacked Switch is able to connect to the internet.
