So I had installed Horizon-OC on my system (I use ultrahand for that) and then following directions to be able to bypass the safety limits on the overclock options to bump it up a little higher, it had me add a line to the sys-clk ini file. When I went to boot up atmosphere after doing that, it crashes to this screen after the black and white nintendo switch logo.
