RSS Atmosphere crashes with error code 2162-0002

I updated atmosphere to 16.2 and my switch firmware to 11.0.1 recently. Since that, I get crashes, when playing Mario 3D All Stars. The game crashes after about 5 minutes of playing.

Before updating atmosphere I removed atmosphere and sept folder. I am using hekate sig patches. Booting atmosphere with fss0 and secondary.

Any ideas, how I can fix this?
