I vaguely know the steps, but this was from a couple years ago and can't find the tutorial again.
But essentially, you could mount your Emunand to a drive on your PC using Hekate or w.e, open it up, copy a Folder + Meta file (the folder is like, 000000000024 or w.e it is for that specific save file).
Then you would mount your Sysnand using Hekate, then locate the save file that already exists for the game, you would then delete that and then paste your save folder from the emunand and...
