RSS "another device on this network has the same ip address as this console" though nothing on the network is using said IP address

so im trying to use xlink kai on my switch, and i just keep getting an error that says "another device on this network has the same ip address as this console", nothing is ACTUALLY using the ip address so i have no idea whats causing it. if anyone has any idea please let me know, thanks!
