so ive been using pkhex to edit my pokemon saves
but for some odd reason my hacks only show up when im booted into hakate custom firmware and my Nintendo folder is located in /emuMMc/RAW1/Nintendo
but whenever i move my Nintendo folder back to the root of the sd card so i can play Pokemon without booting into Custom firmware
my hacks are gone i dont understand why because i copy the exact same folder
