RSS After Battery plug in , board has some shorts?

Hey Guys, if i test the the board for shorts, i find nothing, if i connect the battery with the board, i get some shorts near the BQ Chip

If i charging the USB C i getting 0 Ampers

What is that Problem, is something wrong with the board or Battery? Some advises for me?
