RSS Accidentally Signed Out Nintendo Account on CFW Switch

HI. Today I accidentally signed out my Switch from my Nintendo account at https://accounts.nintendo.com/login_history. Now, when I go into CFW [EmuNAND], I realize I need to sign it again. Obviously I have hidden my serial number using Incognito_RCM.

Is it safe to sign in again with CFW [EmuNAND]? Or should I sign in with normal SysNAND instead? Which is is safer?
