RSS 3rd Party JoyCons not pairing

Hi friends,

I got 3rd party Joycons (these can be charged via USB-C on the side) but am not able to pair them with my Switch at all. Those Joycons are a little wider than the usual ones.

I know they are fully charged but whatever I do, it looks like I cant pair them.

Any ideas?
