RSS XCI not showing up after Choixdujour update

I updated my switch to 9.0.1 using choixdujour for the first time from 6.0 I burned fuses as I don't wanna wait for a new exploit and don't wanna use AutoRCM. The update went smoothly but when I put new XCi games they didn't show up in SX, so had to use Tinfoil to install them and be able to use them. I wonder why only the games that were on SD card before I update appear in SX OS. Thanks
