RSS Why is upload speed faster than download speed

My upload speed is faster than my my download speed and I dont know how to make my download fast I've tried setting my MTU to 1500 and changing to a good DNS server

Note my speed

Download speed: 344.8 Kbps

Upload speed: 1.2 Mbps
