RSS Why do guides tell you to use USB File Transfer when it's so unstable?

I've had to backup, reformat, and restore my MicroSD so many times due to the random data errors and random disconnect->softcrash that occurs when using the USB-C file transfer modes even in Hekate's Tools menu. I get weird errors like the config_templates folder suddenly turning into a "config_templates" file with unreadable data.

You start getting complaints on Windows that the drive needs error checks and then you check it and it says it can't be fixed, but there's a FOUND.000 with 9000...
