RSS whenever I finish dumping my game to exefs and romfs it makes me format my sd card

Hello, I really need help!!!!
Whenever I'm finished dumping pokemon shield to exefs and romfs it make me format my sd card and makes me lose all my data!!

Im using a gamecard for dumping it and I'm launching nxdumptool from the hb menu through an app.
