RSS What happens if my switch updates thru official way?

Ok I really didn't find the answer. I have atmosphere, a clean sysnand with online activities and a emunand always offline. No burnt fuses.

What happens if I update the firmware thru sysnand, instead using Choi? It will burn my fuses? It will brick my NS?

(BTW, any advantages today to keep my fuses?)
