RSS What Bluetooth adapter to buy?

So I got myself QCY T5 TWS air pods. I tried them with my pc and my PSVita en there is almost no lag with gaming mode on. I wanted to use them with my Switch and PS4. Is there an adapter that has USB-c but it can be connected to USB-A wit an adapter. Any recommendation?
