Here's the scenario switch wouldn't charge or start at all. I replace the m92t36 now it slow charges and starts. It will never quick charge, once booted it will actually never charge above .05 amps.
But what's really weird is if the console is off and I plug it in it goes through the process of slow charging and starting. If I never unplug it and it starts while plugged in the charging voltage jumps from 5 volts @ .41 amps to 6.5 volts @ 0 amps. If I unplug and immediately plug it back in...
