RSS Used ChoiDujourNX to update my switch firmware to 10.0.1 and now I can't get atmosphere to boot

I went ahead and grabbed the latest atmosphere from github and placed it on my SD card. When I inject fusee I see the atmosphere screen come up and then I get an error screen saying that it couldnt load all the way. Anyone have any ideas how to fix? Thank you!
