I upgraded 19 to 10.5.0 on switch now custom firmware only has 480p option for both dock mode and not dock mode. When I shutdown the switch by holding down power button I go into stock I can pick 720p or 1080p in dock or not dock. I am assuming it's a issue with atmosphere. I used the Hats package.
