RSS Updated gamecart fw on emunand, now I can't boot sysnand

Hi,

I updated my emunand to 9.0.0 and disabled nogc so I could play gamecarts but now I can't boot sysnand due to gamecart fw mismatch. I thought about booting AMS on my sysnand with nogc enabled and updating it but I'm worried about getting flagged or making my sysnand dirty, what should I do?
