RSS Updated Atmosphere with Daybreak, now physical game won't read

Hello there!
I updated the emuMMC with daybreak from 9.1.0 then to 11.0.1, phisical games were working fine until the update now they won't read. What can I do to fix this?

Also I can't seem to run tinfoil. I am now using fusee, I used hetake to set up emuMMC.
