RSS Update eMUMMC CFW not booting

Hi everyone,

i have a problem with my switch. My Switch was running fine with a 10.0.4 on sysNand and emummc. By mistake the switch battery died, and it booted to SysNand someone updatedt it to 11.0.1 directly.
The Probleme, my eMUMMC is not booting. I updated atomoshpere to 16.1.
I am getting error and i think the probleme is the eMuMMC is still on 10.0.4. Is there a way I can update it?
