So I just backed up my nand, updated Kosmos to v15 using the updater application, manually installed the newest sigpatches, updated to 9.1.0 using ChoiDujourNX and now many newer games do not run. After a second, they say "Unable to start software. Return to the HOME Menu and try again." They then need to "check the data" and they say that the "SD Card is Corrupted." I doubt that very much.
