RSS The usual switch not charging but what are my options?

This may seem like the usual question but I am unsure on what options I have.

So I have two switches that do not charge/turn on. When I take apart and check the usual charge chips etc for shorts all seem to be ok, front and rear.

I can connect both to my laptop and both can enter rcm. I have been able to dump the nand but this is as far as I can go?

What can I try and do after this please?
