RSS SX OS switch is stuck at the "nintendo switch" screen after a failed retroarch install/update

So I was trying to update/replace the old version of retroarch via the homebrew store. It got stuck on installing the first time and I exited, second time on downloading. It was just taking forever so I exited. I then I tried to restart and it gets stuck on the "nintendo switch" screen after I select I want to go into the emunand. It boots fine with the clean nand.

Any idea what's going on?

I believe I have the newest version of SXOS and I think its Switch OS 10.0.1.
