TL/DR: Switch V1 RCM that was running SXOS semi-bricked after a "seemingly successful" NSP install, and gives me the error 2002-4686. Tried updating online, rebuilding the MMC, downgrading to 9.2.0 with no success.

I have a Switch V1 RCM that was running SXOS and semi-bricked after a "seemingly successful" NSP install.
I have it giving me the error screen 2002-4686 right after the Switch logo screen.
