RSS Switch oled short on phase 3 MAX77812 ic

I have an oled switch board it's max77812 ic was getting hot. Replaced it but there is a short on the phase 3 I think. As circled in photo.
I removed all caps on it but still there is short. Where does this go and how to go about fixing this?
