RSS Switch displaying blue screen, hekate won't boot when injected but other loaders can. What now?

So my switch started having visual glitches and constant freezing and then finally came the bsod, ive tried getting hekate to boot and the screen just stays black, no output.
I think its just a nand corruption and i need to rebuild the nand to get it working again but since hekate cannot boot, i cannot fix the nand.

Any solution?
