RSS Switch Charges 15v one way and 5V the other

Hi, I have a switch where I replaced the m92 and usb-c and it turned on for a day I checked the caps again and the m92chip was bad, I replaced it and now I’m getting 15v one way and 5V the other way.

I read there is a diode on the back, but mine doesn’t have that. No shorted caps near p13, could you tell me what else could control the m92 chip?
