I recently tried to upgrade my Switch OLED battery to a bigger one, but when removing the old battery, it started smoking.... I might have applied too much force trying to pry it out. Is it safe to install a new battery now, or could that cause problems? The battery was disconnected from the board but I don't know if the heat which presumably caused the smoke could have damaged other components.
I also want to reuse this battery if possible, so how unsafe is that?
