RSS Stuck on joycon screen: Help tracing a short

Hi guys, I have a Nintendo switch stuck on joycon screen:



By inserting the joycons nothing happen.
On the 2 ICs behind the joycons connector, and on another one, I found these shorts to ground that should not be there:
