I have switch here, which draws 0amps when turned off with the supplied Battery dead.
if I insert a working battery the console boots fine, and the console chargers normally.1.48 amps or something.
if I charge the dead battery with another switch it will charge the battery.( I don't want to charge the battery like this as I believe it will mask the fault untill it becomes depleted again.
I haven't changed m92 or anything yet, but I'm thinking there might be a problem with another IC....
