RSS Special Icon on Switch Desktop, any idea how to remore?

Hello guys,

i have since a while a special icon on my switch desktop, i added a picture #3. I cant delete it, i cant open it, it cant "+" it.. i have no idea which software it is.
Its even still there after a Firmware Update.

Does anybody has an idea?
