RSS So dual booting CFW has been out for awhile, have their been any reports of banned Switches?

I'm using the setup of a CFW that is 100% always offline and in airplane mode. I have simply not been using my OFW with my retail games, but want to start playing my retail games online. Has anyone who has been using their CFW emunand offline ever been banned when going online with their OFW?
