RSS Retroarch not working on new version?

I am on the newest version of atmosphere + NX firmware, theres an error everytime I attempt to load content on retroarch (yes full RAM mode). But on my other switch with newest atmosphere + NX firmware 20.5 it works fine. Whats going on here?
