Replaced the M92 chip (I've heard it called the Charging IC) and the P13USB chip as well. No missing capacitors or any tech related issues, but I'm stumped as to what can be causing it. I've tried the basics (I tested the basics before as well, which is how I got to the point of a board level issue) and both the battery and LCD are working just fine when I test with my working one.
