I originally released this around three years ago, but the original app was a bloated Python/Tkinter app; this is a native rewrite in Swift using AppKit, and fusée-launcher was ported using Apple's IOKit. It is considerably faster and smaller in size than the previous release, and should be more stable. The app is universal, so will work on both Intel and Apple Silicon devices, and it doesn't require you to install any prerequisites for it to work.
