RSS pkg2 decryption failed ! Is sept updated ? Failed to launch HOS

Hi everyone,
I never had any problem updating with choi since 40min. Looking on the web for the problem and anything can solved my problem. Ive upgraded the firmware to 10.0.2 and now when I launch an error show has the title. everything I cant launch HOS. So I'm wondering if someone can help me to solve this problem because right now I don't really know what to do because I've tried a lot of things.
