I have my sysnand on 7.0.0 and my emunand on 6.2.0. When I have my joy-con's paired to my emunand and I want to play on sysnand, I have to pair the joy-con's again.
Usualy I used the joint paring method. This means I connect the joy-con's to the console and they are automaticaly paired. When I take them off it used to stay connected on bluetooth.
Ever since I installed 7.0.0 on my sysnand it doesn't connect to bluetooth anymore. I have to do the button pairing for the joy-con to be available...
