I've got an interesting fault that I could do with some help on.
I've got a HAC-CPU-20 motherboard that was received broken and it looks like someone had worked on it before. I've tried the usual chip swaps (M92, BQ and PUSB) and I've also swapped the fuel guage to no effect.
The symptoms are as follows:
Plugging a good battery (99-100% charge) and then plugging in the Nintendo charger via a volt/amp monitor I get the charge symbol come up on the screen. The unit doesn't boot after that...
No boot, slow charge and shuts down after Nintendo Logo
