I have a Nintendo Switch HAC-CPU-20 motherboard that does not indicate it is charging on screen and does not power on. USB C tester shows roughly 15.25 volts , 0.484 amps, at 7.43 watts with battery connected. Checked the C port under a microscope and nothing looks out of place.Tested for voltage at the coil between USB C port and Battery connector and get 4 volts.
