My Switch with Firmware 9.0.1 and is freezing randomly during games and only a full reset can restart it. Sometimes it happens several times in succession during the first minute of gameplay. Then I can play for several hours without problems. Only thing that is consistent: It happens only with demanding games. Never freezes during indie games with pixel graphics.
