About a month or two ago I was fortunate enough to have found a rare and sought after (for myself) car that I have been trying to get my hands on for years, a 2016 Honda Accord V6 Touring in Deep Blue Opal Metallic which is a pretty rare color. The color looks like a three stage paint that changes between a deep navy blue to a green hue and then a purple hue. This car wasn't bought without issue though. There were and still are so many things that need to be fixed as it is a 10 year old car. I spent the first few weeks replacing a bunch of interior parts including the entire center console cover, the cubby below the nav, leather components.. I also had an audio issue since the previous owner splicing into the factory harness to bypass the factory amp and use an aftermarket one along with a aftermarket sub. So within the first week I tore apart the entire interior pulling panels to trace wiring and ensure everything was connected correctly. Of course the previous owner didn't bother plugging the factory subwoofer back in so I reconnected that. It wasn't until this week that I was finally able to get my car into a shop to have them rewire the factory harness back into the factory amp which seemed to fix the problem. So audio issues resolved.
As of now I here's a parts list that I have started to collect:
- Replacement Interior Parts
- Rear Sway Bar 25.4mm
- Clear Taillights
- This week an Airlift Management and Suspension
- Hopefully some PCD's
