RSS my hacked switch just freezes when I launch any app.

so when I was downgraded my switch to 9.2.0 because of the recent update, and I booted it up, I saw no news and when I try to launch any game or apps it just freezes, only home brew apps work (like from the album). I did everything, like formatted my sd card to fat32 and even exFat, updated all of my atmosphere, and bootloader, and even check everywhere.
