RSS Multiple shorted caps near P13USP, M92T36 and ALC5639

Hey guys,

I've got a switch board which has multiple shorted caps near P13USP, M92T36 and ALC5639 (see pictures). I already removed the NAND, the P13USP, the M92T36 and the BQ24193 but the issue still occurs. The only IC I didn't remove is the ALC5639. Do you have any idea which caps/IC's cause this issue? Or should I recheck something? thanks!
