RSS Migrated to Bigger SD Card, getting Unknown pkg1 Error

i Assumed the process would of been to dump a Image of the old card, flash it to new one (256GB), Move Emu-eMMC over, Resize the Fat32 partition to grow, and be done with it. but when trying to boot, i get "Unknown PKG1! Unable to boot into HOS!" but the old one (128GB) boots just fine.

did i F*** something up or is there a diffrent way to do this?
