RSS Migrate to bigger sd card

I have a 128gb msd with Sx OS and I want to change to a 256gb. This is the problem IVE BEEN HAVING. Iv used HDD Raw Copy Tool, Mini Tool Partion, AOMEI and DiskGenius to work around the new sd. After raw dumping and inserting to Switch, it says boot.bin file is not there. My original sd is exfat. I used this thread
