RSS micro-sd card formatted in switch (v7.0) can't be seen in Windows 10

Hi all,

I am seem to unable to access a switch fw v7.0 formatted (exfat) microsdcard in windows 10 (latest fully patch as of this writing - 1809).

The card is seen in Switch and i can reformat and copy data onto it. In Windows 10, i am unable to see it.

Any idea what I may need to do? I tried changing the drive letters and it cannot be seen. It says this:
